DMCA Policy

Last updated: January 1, 2025

1. Our Commitment

WatermarkOut respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), we will respond promptly to claims of copyright infringement that are reported to us.

2. Important Notice Regarding Our Service

WatermarkOut is a technical tool designed for users to process their own content — images and videos they own or have explicit permission to modify. We do not host, store, or distribute any user content. Files uploaded to our service are processed in real time and deleted immediately after download.

Because we do not store user content, there is no content on our servers to remove in response to a DMCA claim regarding user-uploaded files. If you believe a user is misusing our service, please contact us.

3. Infringement Notification

If you believe that any content on our website (not user-uploaded files, but our own site content) infringes upon your copyright, please provide our designated agent with the following information in writing:

  • A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
  • Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including its URL location
  • Your contact information (name, address, telephone number, and email address)
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
  • A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf

4. Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification with the following information:

  • Your physical or electronic signature
  • Identification of the material removed and its former location
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed in error
  • Your name, address, and telephone number
  • Consent to jurisdiction of your local federal court

5. Contact for DMCA Matters

All DMCA notices and counter-notifications should be sent to us through Skypeaklimits.com. Please include "DMCA Notice" in the subject line.

6. Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, we have adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers.
